Leprechaun Treats

I made some adorable St. Patty's Day Pastries for my daughter's preschool class. They look like little leprechaun donuts and were very easy to make. I melted green chocolate wafers (found at Michaels) in the microwave. I dipped Cheerios into the melted chocolate then some green sprinkles (using tweezers helped). I let them dry for about an hour on waxed paper and put 6 each into an empty matchbox. I cut a strip of green paper 2" by 6" and glued it around the box then printed a label.
